Our Standard maintenance agreements and service level agreements (SLA) are offered to all customers together with escalation procedures that ensure we meet your support requirements. If required, refresher product training can be provided if requested. We believe in investing in product training to ensure our client end users benefit from the in depth functionality within the system and are able to meet their objectives.
