Our new Compliance Solutions division focuses on assisting clients with both current compliance issues and culture and change management. It works with the risk consultancy team to deliver support and solutions to clients for true enterprise risk management, from pre-ARROW reviews to the reshaping of risk and compliance function and approach.

Director Nick Gibson marries 24 years of UK, European and global regulatory and compliance experience and management with a strategic, business-oriented and innovative approach to compliance and risk challenges in a rapidly changing environment. He is an acknowledged thought leader on the practical impacts of European regulation, principles-based regulation and enterprise risk management.

• Pre-ARROW reviews, with a combined team assessing business, risk and mitigations, and their interactions, from a broad base (bringing a rational assessment of risk priorities across the silos).
• Post-MiFID implementation reviews, bringing direct experience of leading consistent MiFID implementation and understanding for a global bank across eighteen countries and five business lines.
