Rosemary Todd

Rosemary is a senior consultant specialising in risk management and strategic business change programmes and in a broad spectrum of companies ranging from the SME sector to international financial institutions. She has over 20 years’ experience of international banking and consulting. and has worked extensively in Central and Eastern Europe, the Russian Federation and the Asia Pacific region.

In addition to significant business advisory and strategic planning work, She has considerable experience of working with senior management and risk teams to develop and implement appropriate regulatory compliance and operational risk management frameworks for financial institutions.

Until the end of 2002, she was a Director in Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance Financial Services Division based in London. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Rosemary worked for Standard Chartered Bank for over 6 years as Senior Manager, Group Strategy where she was a senior member of the team responsible for the development and implementation of business strategy across the Standard Chartered Group.

Rosemary also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
