Operational Risk Management for the Non-Specialist facilitates the sharing of experiences and knowledge amongst all delegates that will give you the ability to benchmark your firm's state of awareness against the industry as a whole. The focus of the workshop will be practical, rather than theoretical. Delegate participation will be actively encouraged.
The final session of the day will be the production of a personal 'plan of action' by each delegate. This will enable the delegate to continue to benefit from the knowledge gained utilising the benefits of appropriate risk management for his or her firm.
