Change Management for the Non-Specialist

Change Management for the Non-Specialist facilitates the sharing of experiences amongst delegates to give you the benefit of approaches and techniques used in other organisations.

The focus of the workshop will be practical rather than theoretical and interactive delegate participation will be actively encouraged. Regular table sessions held throughout the day will enable delegates to practice the techniques introduced.

A free mentoring service for delegates is also available subsequent to the workshop in order to further cement the knowledge gained. The workshop registration is 9.30am. The day will close at 5pm.
