Mid-sized UK fund manager seeks an experienced Risk Manager (Operational Risk or Enterprise Risk) to join a team of 4 people responsible for embedding an appropriate risk culture throughout the organisation.

Reporting directly to the Head of Business Assurance you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and reviewing the Risk Management Framework, preparing and modifying risk profiles, conducting risk and control reviews/assessment and providing thought leadership on new and developing areas of operational risk management.

To be considered for this position you must have prior experience implementing a risk management framework within an asset manager or similar business. Additionally, you must have some experience of credit risk processes within a fund manager. Strong analysis and problem solving skills; proven report writing, communication presentation, influencing and people skills.

A risk management, internal audit or accountancy qualification desirable but not essential.
