Large financial broker seeks a motivated and dynamic Operational Risk Manager with 3-5 years’ OR experience and the ability to work under pressure.

This is very much a hands-on role overseeing and executing the company’s OR framework and you will be fully involved across the entire OpRisk function from risk and control assessment, through KRIs, scenario analysis, incident analysis and MI through to production of the company’s ICAAP statements.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of capital markets, including trade flows and settlements and must be a very strong communicator and team player.
