The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate some practical experience in OR disciplines such as KRIs, Risk & Control Self Assessments, Loss/Event Data, Risk Reporting, etc. and have the capacity to learn quickly. Within a short space of time you will be managing key relationships with the company's senior management in shared services areas (operations, outsourced operations, HR, IT, Finance, corporate services), therefore it is important that you are disciplined, articulate, and have ambition.
