An exciting opportunity for a Group Level Senior Operational Risk Specialist for a large Insurance Organisation based in London.

You will be based at their Headquarters and involved in the oversight of their Risk Framework. Degree educated and with at least 3-5 years' operational risk experience within a multinational organisation, you will posess a broad and deep understanding of the following:

• Risk management principles, methodologies and tools, and governance principles and activity ideally in a financial services environment
• Knowledge of best practice and emerging developments in a similar multinational organisation
• Sound understanding of the business environment Operational and financial risks, their potential impacts/probabilities, valuing and appropriate mitigating strategies.
• Regulatory regime impact on risk management and governance.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

NB. You will also lead the deployment of the Risk and Control tool, so relevant experience in this field would be of interest. A Degree in Accountancy or a Professional Risk qualification would be preferred.
