The key purpose of the role will be:
To work with the Business Partners and to support them in the delivery of the suite of products offered by Risk & Compliance, particularly in the area of risk assessments and testing.
Whilst each job-holder is allocated to one portfolio of Business Units, they are not specifically aligned to any one Business Unit within that portfolio and, on occasions may be asked deliver an R&C product to a Business Unit within another portfolio.
Your key accountabilities will be:
- Risk Assessments
- Identifying, measuring and adequately documenting in an FMEA or Risk Profile the risks associated with a specified:
- Business Unit
- process
- project
- supplier
- business objective
- incident follow-up and learning
- Identifying, assessing and adequately documenting in an FMEA or Risk Profile the key controls for each risk identified
- Identifying and putting in place data collection for key indicators that monitor risks or key controls
- Carry out the following testing:
- Testing of the controls identified in an FMEA or Risk Profile
- Testing of the governance in place within a specified Business Unit
- Testing of controls related to an in-scope SOX process
- Helping the control owner to provide adequate evidence for Control Self Assessments
- Cross R&C Liaison:
- Regular liaison with SMEs from the four practices and other Business Partner portfolios is expected to ensure that the individual stays up to date with regard to best practice.
