Electronic debits and credits, e.g. salary payments, insurance payments, direct debits, etc. can be handled. ECHOFMS reformats the data into the required clearing format for passing to the clearing house.
For inward clearing ECHOFMS will reconcile the electronic data received and can re-format the data for passing to existing systems within the bank. Chase Cooper have interfaced to Kindle’s Bankmaster, i-Flex, NCR, Sagacious, Sybrin and other systems at our existing customer sites both for inward and outward clearing. Free and missing items can be identified and handled quickly.
ECHOFMS is quick to install and implement. Training can be provided by Chase Cooper and typical implementation and training takes just several days to a maximum of two weeks. Chase Cooper are willing to discuss tailoring ECHOFMS to meet your needs. For example, it can be enhanced to provide Fate Determination and Image archival facilities.
