UK position lamented in Securities Directives "League Table" |

| Of the five directives included in the league table to date, the UK is reported in each case as having notified the Commission of partial transposition, whilst eight other States have made no notification at all. Only Germany, Denmark and Slovenia are recorded as having no deficit.
In the future, the Commission plans to add the other Securities Directives to the table including MiFID (Market in Financial Instruments Directive) and the Transparency Directive. The table is available from the Securities and Investment Funds section of the European Commission website.
