As Director of Compliance Solutions, Nick’s role will involve expanding the compliance practice to establish a business-oriented compliance offering centred on organisational change and development, business conduct issues and problem resolution, and the design and implementation of dynamic, commercial compliance monitoring, training and management information solutions.

Nick brings over 20 years of regulatory and compliance experience, initially as a regulator with the FSA and its predecessors, and subsequently with ABN AMRO compliance functions with a variety of leading global roles. He is a frequent and popular speaker at conferences across Europe on all aspects of Compliance.

Nick is also widely acknowledged as a European expert on the practical implementation and impact of MiFID.
