Fast growing Chase Cooper's aCCelerate selected by large private bank in Switzerland
26 January 2007
Chase Cooper Ltd, a market leader in the provision of risk management solutions, today announced another win for its Operational Risk Management software solution aCCelerate. Its client is one of the largest private banks in Switzerland and a premier independent asset manager with over Eur70 billion assets under management.

John Kiddy, CEO, Chase Cooper Ltd, said "We have further consolidated our position within the Asset Management sector, and once again, aCCelerate has demonstrated its ability to win against all-comers. This is a significant win for Chase Cooper with one of the most prestigious names in the industry.

We believe that the Asset Management sector will be a significant growth area for risk management technology vendors over the coming years; this is being driven by increased regulatory changes derived from Basel II, corporate governance requirements, MiFID, and the increasing complexity of investment products being marketed.

This view was corroborated by a recent survey of the top 81 global asset managers with Eur $7 trillion of assets under management, which highlighted a clear commitment to a large increase in risk management competence over the next three years, with only 14% of firms having automated enterprise wide risk management systems at present.

Chase Cooper is ideally placed to compete for this business, with our domain expertise, our world class enterprise wide risk management technology, and our growing number of market leading clients in this sector".
